These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SEOPEARLSNET website, services, forms and related facilities. By accessing or using our website or submitting information through our forms, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the relevant service or submit information through our forms.

1. About SEOPEARLSNET

SEOPEARLSNET operates in the field of digital marketing education and training and may provide its own courses, training programmes, workshops and related educational services.

SEOPEARLSNET also provides a free career counselling and guidance service through which individuals may request guidance regarding relevant career-oriented courses and training options offered by participating third-party institutes.

The two services may operate independently.

2. SEOPEARLSNET’s Own Courses and Services

SEOPEARLSNET may offer its own digital marketing courses, training programmes, workshops and other educational or related services.

Where you enquire about or register for an SEOPEARLSNET programme, the applicable course-specific terms, fees, schedules, eligibility requirements and other conditions may also apply.

Information relating to SEOPEARLSNET’s own courses will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable consent or registration process.

3. Free Career Counselling Service

SEOPEARLSNET may provide a free career counselling and guidance service to individuals who voluntarily request such assistance.

The purpose of this service is to help individuals understand relevant career-oriented courses and training options based on their education, interests and career goals.

Submitting a counselling request does not create any obligation to purchase or enrol in a course.

Any course or training suggested during counselling is completely optional.

Career counsellors contacted through this service may be independent third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such counsellors are not employees, agents, representatives, franchisees or partners of SEOPEARLSNET.

Similarly, institutes, academies, training companies and course providers introduced or contacted through this service are independent third parties.

Their inclusion or contact through our platform does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee or recommendation by SEOPEARLSNET.

SEOPEARLSNET may connect counselling applicants with selected or approved third-party participating institutes that offer relevant courses or training.

Participating institutes may contact individuals who have requested counselling in order to:

provide career counselling and guidance;
understand their educational and career interests;
explain relevant courses or training options; and
answer questions about their own programmes.

SEOPEARLSNET does not itself provide the courses or training programmes offered by these participating institutes.

5. Participating Institute Standards

Institutes participating in the SEOPEARLSNET free career counselling service are required to agree to our **Institute Participation & Approval Agreement.

Participating institutes receive limited, read-only access to relevant counselling inquiries and are required to:

 use the information only for the stated counselling purpose;
 maintain appropriate confidentiality and security;
 respect withdrawal and opt-out requests;
 comply with applicable data protection requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable   Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025; and not create or retain independent databases of SEOPEARLSNET counselling inquiries.

Participating institutes do not receive ownership of the personal information of counselling applicants.

The applicable Institute Participation & Approval Agreement** contains the detailed obligations applicable to participating institutes.

6. Student Consent and Information Sharing

Where you voluntarily request free career counselling, SEOPEARLSNET will process your personal information in accordance with the applicable consent declaration and our Privacy Policy.

Where your consent permits sharing with participating institutes, relevant information may be shared with selected or approved institutes for the stated counselling purpose.

The information shared will be limited to information relevant to facilitating the requested counselling service.

You are not required to enrol in or purchase any course merely because you have requested or received free career counselling.

7. No Sale of Personal Information

SEOPEARLSNET does not sell or rent the personal information of counselling applicants as a standalone commodity.

Participating institutes receive limited access to relevant counselling inquiries for the purpose of providing the requested counselling and discussing relevant course or training options.

Any commercial service charge applicable to participating institutes relates to SEOPEARLSNET’s lead-generation, counselling-inquiry facilitation and related services and does not constitute a sale or transfer of ownership of an individual’s personal information.

8. Withdrawal and Opt-Out

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent in accordance with the mechanism provided through the relevant form or by contacting SEOPEARLSNET.

If you withdraw your consent or indicate that you no longer wish to receive further counselling-related communication, SEOPEARLSNET will take appropriate steps to stop further processing or sharing based on that consent, subject to applicable law.

Where a participating institute is informed through the designated lead system that a counselling applicant has withdrawn or opted out, the institute is required to stop further contact in accordance with the Institute Participation & Approval Agreement.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

SEOPEARLSNET does not intend to maintain personal information indefinitely.

Personal information relating to counselling inquiries may be removed or deleted when it is no longer required for the relevant purpose, subject to applicable legal, regulatory or other lawful retention requirements.

Participating institutes are not permitted to create or maintain independent historical databases of SEOPEARLSNET counselling inquiries.

SEOPEARLSNET may periodically clear completed, withdrawn, expired or otherwise no-longer-required counselling inquiry information from its active lead system and may subsequently provide fresh inquiries.

10. Third-Party Institute Information

SEOPEARLSNET may provide information about participating institutes or facilitate contact with them.

Users should independently verify all information directly with the concerned course provider before making any payment or enrolment decision.

Individuals should independently verify relevant information directly with the concerned institute before making any decision.

SEOPEARLSNET is not responsible for the delivery, quality, content, schedule or outcome of any course offered by an independent third-party provider.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Course curriculum or syllabus

Teaching quality

Faculty or trainers

Class schedules

Online or classroom delivery

Course duration

Study material

Software, tools or facilities promised by the provider

Certifications

Assessments

Internship opportunities

Placement assistance

Job guarantees

Salary commitments

Career outcomes

Any other promises or commitments made by the course provider or its representatives

Any such commitment is solely between the user and the concerned course provider.

11. Fees, Payments and Refunds

SEOPEARLSNET is not responsible for fees, deposits, instalments or other payments made by a user to an independent course provider.

Any refund, cancellation, transfer, rescheduling or fee-related matter must be addressed directly with the concerned provider according to that provider’s terms and policies.

SEOPEARLSNET does not guarantee or undertake refunds for payments made to third-party institutes, academies, counsellors or course providers.

Users are strongly advised to review the provider’s fee, refund and cancellation policies before making any payment.

12. Placement and Employment

Any statement regarding placement assistance, job opportunities, interviews, salary packages, hiring partners or employment support is made by the respective course provider and is subject to that provider’s own terms and conditions.

SEOPEARLSNET does not guarantee placement, employment, salary, interviews or any particular job outcome for a user who enrols with a third-party provider.

A statement such as “placement assistance” should not automatically be understood as a guarantee of employment.

Users should request complete placement-related details directly from the concerned provider before enrolling.

13. No Guarantee of Admission, Employment or Placement

Career counselling is intended to provide guidance and information. Career decisions ultimately depend on the user’s education, skills, interests, efforts, performance, experience, market conditions and other factors.

Participation in the free counselling service does not guarantee:

 admission to any course;
 enrolment in any programme;
 employment;
 placement;
 salary;
 internship;
 certification; or
 any particular career outcome.

Any such outcome depends on the relevant institute, the individual and other circumstances outside SEOPEARLSNET’s control.

14. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting information to SEOPEARLSNET.

You should not submit information belonging to another person without appropriate authority or permission.

If you identify an error in information you have provided, you may contact SEOPEARLSNET to request appropriate correction, subject to applicable law.

15. Age Requirement for Career Counselling

The SEOPEARLSNET adult free career counselling registration process is intended for individuals who have **completed 18 years of age.

Individuals who have not completed 18 years of age should not submit the adult counselling form.

Additional requirements may apply where required by applicable law.

16. Website Use

You agree to use the SEOPEARLSNET website and its forms for lawful purposes.

You must not:

 misuse the website or its forms;
 attempt to gain unauthorised access to website systems;
 interfere with website functionality or security;
 submit false, fraudulent or misleading information;
 attempt to access information belonging to another person; or
 use the website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

Any subsequent interaction, counselling, course discussion, enrolment, payment, training or other transaction between an individual and a participating institute is between those parties.

SEOPEARLSNET is not a party to such third-party course or training transactions unless expressly stated otherwise.

22. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
