Cancellation and Refund Policies
At Seopearls Academy, we operate transparently and fairly. Please review and understand our Policy on Refunds and Cancellations before enrolling in the program.
Regarding the Cancellation of Enrollment in Courses
You may cancel your enrollment in our course program(s), only by submitting a written notice (email or WhatsApp) to us, at least two (2) working days prior to the commencement of your batch(es).
If you cancel your enrollment prior to the commencement of your batch(es), we will refund your payment for that enrollment less ₹1000 as a Registration and Administration Fee.
No Refunds After the Commencement of a Course
If you cancel your enrollment after the commencement of your Batch, no refunds will be issued, and you will not have any option or rights to transfer your enrolled courses.
Regarding Your Access to Domains
The domain, hosting service, and/or premium tools given to you for use during our training are for purpose of education only.
The use of the above-mentioned services is Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable.
Regarding Missed Classes
You are not entitled to a refund for any missed training sessions or classes; however, students will be given recorded sessions for missed class(es).
Regarding Batch Transfers
Batch transfers are not allowed under any circumstances.
Placement or Career Support (Where Applicable)
Placement or career guidance is provided as support only and does not guarantee employment.
